One of the cornerstones of Doc’s is supporting other local small businesses. By utilizing and promoting one another’s services, we can grow together, thereby enabling us to give back to the community vis-a-vis job creation, food education programs, and philanthropy.

This is the first in a series of posts highlighting the local counterparts with whom we work. This week’s local hero and business ally: Ruth Stroup. 

Ruth Stroup is our insurance agent (and also one of the most contagiously cheerful/nice people I have ever encountered) at Farmers Insurance. Ruth and her staff will tailor your insurance policies to your individual needs and provide unrivaled customer service. A couple of weekends ago, Ruth opened her new office on Grand Avenue and invited us to sell at her opening fiesta. Ruth bought a free Doc’s Box for anyone who spoke with her about insurance.
